" Marble and granite LLC is amazing!! From beginning to end, Adan was absolutely wonderful! He took me to a fabulous slab warehouse that had an array of different types of slabs and backsplash tiles. Joaquin and his crew did a beautiful job cutting the slab to fit, and they paid close attention to what I wanted. Their installation crews were very nice and polite, always cleaned up when they were done for the day and did an excellent job with the countertops and backsplash. Eva and Joaquin always came by to check and make sure things were going well. They immediately addressed any concerns we had. They are very responsive. They did such a great job. We highly recommend! ” Being from southern CA and having various properties in CA, I’ve recently expanded to the Vegas area. I was looking for someone to work with remotely. We scheduled the installation for when we would be in town and the timing worked out without a problem. " My experience with Marble and Granit LL team.
Initially I was frustrated when working with a different company that was supposed to complete a cabinet and countertop extension with a built- in beverage fridge and built-in trash can and backsplash at my personal residence. The issue in Las Vegas and well, pretty much everywhere is the reliability and lack thereof. I came across an ad on Facebook for Marble and Granite LLC and decided to use their messenger system and they actually answered! That week I had a quote for the project. Our issue was that we were matching an existing countertop. Some time went by as they were locating the best match possible, however the follow up by Marble and Granite LLC kept the project alive!
Working with Eva and the team to complete the project was great, I was expecting a very specific completion time and date and they made it happen! It would have been very easy for Amazon Stone to not work until 10p to complete the project and push me aside, but they delivered!
The work and install for the project were very clean and the team was very cordial. I have been in the real estate industry a very long time and have built homes from the dirt up, worked with developers and all the builders. The work that Amazon did was superior to the larger companies being used by the homebuilders in NV. I go on inspection walkthroughs daily and blue tape these jobs all day long pointing out the issues and mistakes the installer and builders/contractors made. I use companies on my personal residence before I make any referrals to my clients and on my own projects and I look forward to doing lots more work with them. I can say I have 100% confidence in the Marble and Granite LLC team! It makes a huge difference knowing that not only do they care and take immense pride in their work and craftsmanship but also their client relationship and are eager to do the best for them.
You are lucky to have met this group at Marble and Granite LLC as they are rare to find these days.
